We offer advice and representation in all aspects of criminal law, from a minor driving matter to the most serious criminal offences. The Principal Kamran Lone has over ten years’ experience in practising criminal law and has acquired Duty Solicitor status which is a formal recognition of his experience and qualification in criminal law.
We can provide advice and representation at the police station for those who are arrested and taken to a police station for questioning as well as providing advice and representation for all matters at both Magistrates’ and Crown Courts, including motoring matters. We do not offer legal aid and therefore all work is accepted on a privately funded basis from clients. Under certain circumstances, we are able to agree a fixed fee for advice or representation. This can be discussed during the first appointment in respect of your matter.
We can also act as agents for other Criminal Law firms to offer advice and representation both at police stations and at court and are happy to obtain instructions from other firms to assist in this way whenever they require assistance with a matter they are unable to deal with themselves. For agency work, this can be dealt with at legal aid rates or a fixed fee for privately funded clients where appropriate and we are happy to discuss this with those wishing to instruct us for
